About Us

Papilio Novare was born out of a passion for personal growth and development and a strong belief that you can ALWAYS improve and move forward from your current situation in life or position in business.

We also believe that the key to significant improvement (personal and/or professional) is transformation, not change. Change is incremental, sequential and is about being in control. Transformation is complex, organic and is about being in command, but out of control.

Our company logo and name

- The word ‘Papilio’ is Latin for butterfly and symbolises transformation and new beginnings.

- The word ‘Novare’ is Latin for renewal or innovation and we define innovation as using what you already have at your disposal in new, creative ways to add value and improve your current position.

- The swirly colors and lines symbolizes dynamics and constant motion.

- The purple color represents our awareness, because we can only progress and develop by increasing our awareness about ourselves, our environment and how we act in it.

- The blue color represents that we are not whole yet, but in constant transition to become a complete butterfly.
